Ultimately, we all want our businesses to thrive. A significant part of achieving this success is to have an in-depth understanding of how the business is performing which is done through the preparation of company accounts.
Our two-day Company Accounts course will give you a comprehensive overview of the key disclosure requirements of UK GAAP to enable attendees to prepare and review financial statements effectively.
Areas of learning include common year-end adjustments, tangible fixed assets, leases, Directors’ remuneration and related party transactions.
We will walk you through the requirements of FRS 102 (including Section 1A) and FRS 105 for micro entities. As well as looking at filing options at Companies House and how these differ from accounts for shareholders.
