Whickham Parochial C of E Primary School

We are so proud of our loving, nurturing school and the high standard of educational provision we offer to all of our children. We are a fully inclusive Church of England school at the heart of the Whickham community. Our school began its journey as the parish school of St Mary’s Church in Whickham and our links with the church and Father Barry Abbott continue to be one of the defining features of our school. As such, our vision is to aim for excellent teaching and learning for all children, supporting them to reach their full potential whilst developing in our all pupils the values of Christianity. In doing so, we hope to support our children in becoming compassionate, respectful, forgiving and tolerant young people.
