About Wakefield School Nursing Service
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust runs Family Health services across the Bradford Council area. We provide health visiting services, school nursing services including a special educational needs school nursing team and a vaccination and immunisation service. We also offer oral health programmes, health services for children looked after by the Council, those who are leaving care and children and young people who are supported by youth offending services. In Wakefield, we also provide a school vaccination and immunisation service. Prevention and early help In Bradford we work closely with the Council across the four Family Hubs. The Hubs cover all of the Bradford Council District and there is more information on each link about what is happening in your area including our Well Baby clinics: Keighley and Shipley, Bradford East, Bradford West and Bradford South.
