  Once booked a confirmation email will be sent followed by an access link. You will need to provide login credentials; these are different to the ones you may have used on our website.

• Do I need any special software or equipment?

  Most courses only require a stable internet connection and a modern browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Firefox) along with suitable audio for narration and video content.

• Can I access the course on mobile or tablet?

  Yes, our works with most smartphones and tablets.

• How long will I have access to the course?

  Access duration varies by course. This will be specified on the booking confirmation.

• Will I receive a certificate upon completion?

  At the end of the course you will receive a Confirmation of Completion. A copy will also be sent to the email address provided.

• What should I do if I can’t login?

  If you have already created an account within our Training portal, use the password reset option. If you encounter further issues, please contact our support team.

• What are the payment options when booking an eLearning course?

  We accept most major credit/debit cards via our website. Alternatively if you hold an ESS customer account with us, you can book via our booking team using a purchase order.
