Some just need some motivation and want to get their mojo back with exercise. Some are struggling with specific women's health issues - a pelvic organ prolapse, a diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues or the menopause. But they all have one thing in common: they want to be sure they’re doing the right exercises for them & their stage of life.
