alleys Ethnic Minority Support is a Community Interest Company that is committed to working with its members to overcome barriers to accessing local services, training and employment. Its members will also benefit from improved social and professional networks which will increase their wellbeing and help them broaden their horizons and realise their potential. Our activities provide benefit to ethnic minority people who live in the boroughs of Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr. Its members come from many different countries and have a wide ethnic diversity. This spans Central & Eastern Europe (including EU member states), Africa, The Middle East, Central Asia, the Caribbean, South America and South and South-East Asia.
