Urban Outdoors London

Urban Outdoors have been working with children, young people and adults creating unique outdoor experiences in local wild spaces for over 10 years. We work on bolstering resilience and intrinsic growth for participants using carefully developed strategies, group investigations and community building exercises. Our staff are trained Forest School instructors, who truly believe in the transformative possibilities presented to us through nature and community connection. Our aim is to model emotional intelligence in socially and physically engaging environments, to build community and trust, helping participants to grow. We mentor participants in self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation and assertiveness using incremental tasks, games and shared experiences.
