As an accredited Coach, NLP practitioner, Change Consultant and Speaker, I am passionate about supporting people through change and towards their happiest lives. I created Transcendence Coaching Limited in order to provide authentically delivered, credible and inspiring coaching programmes and workshops to both Corporates and Individuals in the context of change. I bring a wealth of experience gained from a corporate career spanning over 20 years in Senior Leadership roles within Technology and Financial Services organisations. I specialised in leading and transforming teams and implementing cultural change programmes. The transition through my own personal journey through bereavement, relationship breakdown and career cross roads, has brought me to where I am. The coaching tools, techniques and skills I’ve learned through formal qualifications, deep corporate experience and life experience creates a unique platform to authentically serve others. I am also passionate about giving back through charitable volunteering activity. I provide coaching and mentoring services in support of young women determined to move towards their goals despite facing very challenging personal circumstances.
