My journey with yoga started back in 2017 where I was introduced to my first yoga class... I thought I had joined a cult! Weird words, odd poses and sweaty strangers too close for my liking. So I get it if you're also feeling awkward or hesitant to progress with your practice. ​ From a young age I wished to make a change and difference within the world. Nothing groundbreaking, but sowing those seeds of positive action and happiness. In 2019 I took some time out to travel and countries such as Bali and Nepal helped me find the truths embedded within yogic philosophy.
