Wherever you are on your Self LOVE journey, there is always more to learn. The more we learn to accept ourselves for who we are, the greater we open to love in general. In all of our relationships.

One of the beautiful things about love is it is limitless. You don’t get to a point and you are done. There is always more. And there is always the potential for more.

This is exciting and daunting all at once. Many of us have not experienced the love that we have historically sought outside of ourselves.

Well here’s the thing – the love we seek is inside of us. And when we start to access this, and experience our own love, we start to experience more love in the outer world, than ever before.

About the Workshop
As an experienced mentor, I follow my intuitive guidance. Each session I run is unique and reflects the needs of those attending. Know that if you are guided to attend, it's for you.

We will start by grounding our energy and setting our intentions together. We will then explore different themes using exercises, simple techniques and guided meditation.
