When we were putting this website together we were asked “what makes you different?” and the answer to that is very hard to get across in words on a website. We are different – we know that because we are told so by our clients and candidates all the time. Why are we different? Well probably because we are honest, we care about our profession and we are hugely enthusiastic. Another very important difference between The Work Shop and most other agencies is that we don’t have to try and meet unrealistic targets set by “Head Office”. Targets in our industry, such as insisting a Recruitment Consultant send out 50 CV’s a day or making 100 sales calls to busy, harassed clients, are the very reason our industry does not always enjoy the best of reputations.
