Let Lucy bring the sea to you! This fantastic hands-on session covers everything you need to know about foraging for seaweed. You'll learn some basic marine algae anatomy, identification, harvesting, preservation and cooking techniques as well as a dive into the uses and benefits, in modern times and ancient days. Tasters and a drink included.
