We’ll be joined by Tom Nicholson, a former police officer and ex Head of Security & Resilience at Starbucks UK, who has also held senior security and loss prevention roles at Amazon and Royal Mail. In this session, he will share practical insight into what Martyn’s Law implementation actually looks like in busy, customer-facing environments, and what good looks like for frontline teams in an operational setting, and not just on paper.
