About The Project

The Project is a strength and conditioning facility that aims to deliver a program which is inclusive and challenging for any ability. Helping people to become fitter, faster and stronger, with an emphasis on developing and educating you as a person. We don’t like routine at The Project, therefore no class will ever be the same, to us routine is the enemy! We use conditioning, weightlifting and bodyweight movements in a variety of ways to challenge every aspect of fitness. The Project’s program is designed to be differentiated for any ability therefore the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We differentiate loads, intensity and times! Elliot and Charlotte have been involved in the health and fitness industry collectively for over 25yrs! Having always been physically active themselves and enjoying helping other people to discover what works for them in the health and fitness space they opened the Project in October 2017. Elliot & Charlotte are passionate about treating everyone as an individual, understanding that not one fitness journey is the same. Everyone comes to the Project for different reasons and Elliot & Charlotte are committed to finding what works for you. You’ll find both Elliot & Charlotte not only coaching the classes on the gym floor but hitting the same workouts as you day in day out! They don’t expect you to do anything they wouldn’t expect of themselves.
