Your training begins with the essential foundations of clinical hypnotherapy, covering the first four modules of The Northern College of Clinical Hypnotherapy syllabus. The course is structured to teach you how to deliver the complete Joy in Birthing programme, providing clients with simple, powerful tools for a calm, confident, and beautiful birthing experience. You will learn how to:

Teach self-hypnosis, relaxation, and breathing techniques

Help clients release fear and anxiety to break the Fear-Tension-Pain cycle.

Work with clients in both one-on-one and group settings.
