These groups and workshops are open to anyone with an interest in exploring more about how writing may help them explore more about themselves.Individual Therapy – Online therapy (via Zoom, Telephone or Email) to adults living anywhere in the UK. – In person counselling is available to people living locally within Bournemouth/Christchurch. We provide short and long term therapy and work with you to offer the flexibility and support you need.
