The Good Roots has been established in response to the under representation of Afro hair education in the UK. Much effort has been put in over the past 13 years to integrate Afro hair education as an essential part of the Hair education cirriculum. Kaye Sotomi Brand and Marketing Kaye is an Entrepreneur, who wears many hats. He’s a Creative Director, CEO, a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Executive, with a track record for delivering results. Having struggled to sometimes find salons that could cater for his hair type as well as hearing several horror stories of friends and family struggling to find hairtype appropriate services, Kaye sought to do something different and to be a part of the change he wanted to see. ​ He is the founder of CHOP CHOP London- London's first inclusive gender and price neutral salon chain. Good Roots is an ideal opportunity to bring textured hair education to the UK, a long overdue, much needed and refreshing outlook for haridressers and clients alike. We offer inclusive hair education virtually and in person from industry and award winning hair experts. We have been overwhelmed by interest in inclusive hair education and so are proud to present it to you in an enagaging and accessible format.
