Library staff can also provide information on Council Services. No appointment is required for services at the library. If you have difficulties accessing any of the services above, or require in depth specialist advice on Housing Benefit and Council Tax issues including help to make a claim, our Customer Service team is available. To access the service an appointment is required and these will take place either by telephone or face to face.
