About Take the Steps Mindfulness Courses

Margaret is a chartered counselling psychologist, a chartered organisational psychologist and an accredited psychotherapist. She is also a registered yoga teacher and has been in private practice in Dublin and running courses in Relaxation, Meditation, Wellbeing and Positivity and Stress Management for individuals and companies for over 30 years. She is a co-founder and Director of the Irish Association for Holistic Medicine, and has been involved in training holistic practitioners, positive psychology coaches, and holistic psychotherapists. She has lectured in psychology at masters level,and is much sought after as a motivational speaker at corporate events. “My passion is for empowering people to get the most out of themselves and life. All the material I use is based on up to date research in mindfulness , positive psychology, neuroscience, health,wellbeing and communication. I have a very practical approach to incorporating the techniques into your life in an effortless way which is much appreciated by participants only courses”.
