SILC is a voluntary organisation led and run by disabled people.SILC was founded as a charity in 1997 to support disabled people in Surrey and has been doing so since then. As a user-led organisation, we have an in-depth and personal understanding of the challenges facing disabled people in our county and a strong desire to provide the right support services to them.
