Established by two experienced English teachers, ‘Spot-Lit’ aims to energise the study and revision process by delivering interactive GCSE, A-level, 11+, and other enrichment workshops. "We felt that many of our students found the comprehension of complex texts and English Literature study and revision a real challenge and wanted to create innovative workshops that allowed students to access and improve their understanding of exam texts, as well as teach learning skills that would support them across all disciplines. We employ professional actors to illuminate key passages and scenes, source and create stimulating props and soundscapes, and draw on a variety of study techniques such as mnemonics, visualisation, and more." ‘Spot-Lit’ also produces academic podcasts, revision cards, and study guides; these can be combined into a literary package with a discount, or purchased individually.
