Southside Sewing School

Our principal tutor has over 30 years sewing, design and tailoring experience with a background in theatrical costume and design. We offer Garment Construction for the absolute beginner to the more advanced for both ladies and gents. We also have a comprehensive Soft Furnising Course which includes linied curtains, zipped cushions etc,. In addition we offer either a two or three week Roman Blind making evening course; and for those wishing to try their hand at sewing without commiting to a course the popular one day Basic Introduction to Sewing Class runs on a Friday, see available dates, anyone completing this class receives a 10% discount on any subsequent course booking. Class sizes are restricted to a maximum of four students per class allowing for optimum learning and tailored tuition therefore booking early is highly recommended.
