About SM Boxing and Fitness
Boxing was something I started at a young age purely for exercise; in order to lose weight and regain confidence. Little did I know this would lead me to 31 fights and almost 50 appearances in the ring. Having started quite late in my boxing career, I decided to switch my focus and full efforts towards coaching. Since then, I haven't looked back! Whether you're completely new to boxing or you already have some experience, my sessions will be based around your goals so that you see maximum results. I'm very professional and always strive to ensure all my clients leave their sessions with a better knowledge of boxing and a smile on their face!
