This is a 7-week online journey created to support you as Women of Colour in activating, nurturing and celebrating your authentic, embodied Feminine voice.

In a world shaped by colonised influence, a question that stirs in many of us is… Where is the authentic ancestral voice in modern society? Where does it live? Where does it belong?
The answer is, it lives in you.
It lives in your body.
It always has, however for so many of us growing up in the globalised “west”, that voice was judged, dimmed, or dismissed:
“Too loud”,
“Too big”,
“Too strange”,
“Too colourful”,
“Too uncivilised”.
So we learnt to silence it.

The impact of colonisation and patriarchy has impacted many generations and this story goes beyond colour, race, religion and country. It impacts us all. As modern society steps further away from mother earth and our indigenous ways, we step away from our bodies, our communities, our emotions and true connection.
But it’s never too late to change, to stop, to redirect and to listen. So let’s start listening. The journey begins with your body. With your breath, and with your voice.
This Women’s Voice Medicine Journey is specifically open for anyone who identifies as a Woman of Colour. It’s not about how light or dark your skin is, we are all made of colour. If you feel the resonance to this message, you are welcome to this space.

Over 7 weeks you will be guided through various ways to open and activate the natural, authentic voice that lives within you, the voice that creates, heals and connects. We will explore somatic voicework (the voice of the body—not the mind), vocal embodiment practices, emotional release, ancestral inquiry, cultural reflection, and decolonial conversations around identity, belonging, and expression.
This is the first time I am holding the Voice Medicine container in this way, and this is why it’s so exciting. Hosting an intimate online container for Women of Colour is bound to be powerful, and I am very much looking forward to the connection and collaboration that will unfold.
So if you are feeling the call, come and join us!

Saturdays, 10–12pm (GMT)
We practise embodied voicework, explore the weekly themes, and hold spacious, heart-led conversations about decolonising the Feminine voice.
A library of self-paced vocal embodiment lessons with tools and teachings that guide you back to your somatic voice — the voice that lives in your body.
A companion for reflection, integrating theory, practice, and personal insight.
A shared space to keep conversations alive, witness one another, and deepen community.

For many Women of Colour, there are conversations we’ve never had the room to explore — stories we’ve carried quietly, questions we’ve held alone, and parts of ourselves we’ve learned to tuck away.
This journey offers a place to bring those pieces home. Together, we create a community where our voices are welcomed, witnessed, and honoured. We connect, we unlearn, we soften, we remember. And as we gather, who knows what beauty and healing will unfold?
This is an invitation to step into a space where you do not have to explain yourself — only arrive as you are.
We’re in this together, and your voice is welcome here.
