My terms of service establish an environment where a relationship based on trust, mutual respect, and understanding can thrive. While each engagement may require tailored terms, the following are the general guidelines:

Confidentiality: Upholding confidentiality is paramount. All your personal data, including details of conversations during our sessions, or on courses are treated with utmost respect and discretion.

Payment: For courses, coaching, and therapy, all payments must be made prior to the commencement of the service. For speaking engagements, a deposit is typically required with the remaining balance paid on the day of the event.

Cancellations: To respect everyone's time, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur fees. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Professionalism: I expect professionalism and respect towards me, my team, and other clients. In return, you can expect the same from me.

Engagement: As a client, your engagement and willingness to work toward your goal/s are vital. We will work collaboratively to achieve your success whether this is in training, coaching or therapy.
