Sarah brown yoga

Sarah loves living in London and gets a real buzz from the city. She enjoys travelling, exercise and sharing her passion for yoga with others. After completing a BSc honours degree in psychology and counselling , she then trained as a primary school teacher. Sarah taught for 12 years and enjoyed introducing children to health and fitness. Sarah is a former Latin American and Ballroom dancer and she competed in the UK and abroad for many years. She also took training in ballet, tap and modern when she attended The BRIT Performing Arts and Technology School.
