Samsara Yoga Studio

Hello I am Sophie, the founder and owner of Samsara Yoga Studio. I fell in love with yoga a while back now, for everything that it gave to me, strength, balance and self enquiry. After training to teach in India I found a new passion for passing on the practise and sharing my admiration for everything I have learnt along the way. Before catching the yoga bug, I was a professional dressage rider and I am lucky enough to own and care for two beautiful horses, who take up any spare time I have. Being outdoors makes me happy and a great deal of my classes are influenced by the elements and what nature can teach us. I hope to meet you at a class very soon.
