Caroline Sanderson is the Director of multi award-winning Ego Hair Design Inverness established in 2002, her Salon Jedi Coaching Academy established in 2010 – the first ever digital training provider to receive Good Training Guide certification – and author of seven times Amazon Bestseller, The Salon Jedi: The Big Business Breakthrough For Ambitious Salon Owners. Caroline, also known as ‘The Salon Jedi’, is a master at transforming not only salon results but salon owners themselves, which she puts down to the mindset training she delivers. This has been a huge part of Caroline’s training for the past twelve years because she herself was on the brink of closing her salon doors back in 2009 before she turned it around using mindset and marketing strategies. She’s trained in NLP (Neuro linguistics programming), a Certified Ho’oponopono Practitioner, and features in New York Times best-selling author John Assaraf’s new book Innercise as a super successful case study. John is best known as an expert in the book and film ‘The Secret’ and is the CEO of Neurogym as well as Caroline’s personal mentor.
