Description

Early Years Designated Safeguarding Lead training for group and school-based providers. Meets EYFS Annex C criteria.

This on-demand interactive training course provides Early Years Designated Safeguarding Leads (EYDSL) in group and school-based settings with the advanced knowledge and skills needed to meet the updated Section 3 EYFS safeguarding requirements from September 2025.

The EYFS Statutory Framework is mandatory for all early years settings, providing standards to ensure children learn, develop well, and stay healthy and safe. From 1 September 2025, all providers must comply with the revised framework.

This training aligns fully with the DSL criteria in Annex C, ensuring you meet statutory expectations.

Through engaging videos, interactive activities, reflection points and knowledge checks, you’ll build the confidence to fulfil your DSL safeguarding responsibilities effectively.

A certificate, glossary of key terms and a resources booklet is awarded on successful completion.
