About Safeguarding in Education Team Manchester
The Manchester Safeguarding Partnership brings together a number of agencies across the city to ensure that there is a joined up approach to safeguarding children and young people. Safeguarding means protecting a child’s right to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect. It is about working together to support children and young people to make decisions about the risks they face in their own lives, and protecting those who lack the capacity to make these decisions.
