At Rowan Consulting we work with small and medium size companies and business owners, delivering proven operational solutions that are commercially focused and enable growth.With over 20 years’ experience in structuring organisations from inception and during growth, Karen has extensive experience in working with companies from corporates to SMEs, having worked in a number of business sectors including service, manufacturing, engineering and construction. An experienced professional with a strong background in operational delivery and development of employees against business goals. Her specialism is in working with small and medium size companies, delivering operational solutions that are commercially focused and enable growth of the business. Karen also works as a Non-Executive Director for SME, and is also a trained Predictive Index (PI) Analyst. Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs, she also turns her hand to riding her daughters horse if time permits!
