Includes pranayama, bandhas, mantras, and asanas. Please have a few Flow classes under your belt before coming to our Vinyasa classes. FLOW * New to yoga? This is your jam. Still Vinyasa based but less scary and less sweaty! Ideal for those days when you want to cultivate awareness of movement and breath, at a steady pace. The slower transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience, and self-compassion. Also, a reat way to help reset your nervous system if you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed recently.
