About Redborne Upper School And Community College
Welcome to our website; we hope that you find it useful. Redborne is a very successful, oversubscribed Upper School of over 1,600 students, 450 of whom are in the Sixth Form. Over 80% of our Sixth Form go onto university and 14 have gone to Oxbridge in the last 3 years. We have been designated a National Support School by the Department of Education. We were graded "good" in our Ofsted inspection in November 2017, with many positive comments being made by the inspection team. In April, 2011 we were granted Academy Status by the government and as such we are now an independent but state funded school.
