I have over 10 years of experience working with the body, mind and spirit - and have also swam through the depths of myself to get to where I am today. I now guide others through their own inner water, softening into chaos and finding peace that truly lasts. I truly believe that passion and purpose can only birth once peace is found. ​ My methodologies are rooted in spiritual psychology, shamanic healing and embodiment practices. I have studied ancient philosophies based on energetic concepts and take a holistic approach, showing my clients how to heal intuitively through awareness. What's the difference between this and Westernised psychology? Westernised psychology is based on a reductionist worldview - seeking to 'fix' problems and return the client to a baseline of 'normal' functioning - it views the body and mind as separate entities and primarily focuses on analysis. ​ I hold a deeply loving, present space for my clients to unravel, exactly as they are - and witness the fruitful magic of transformation that this naturally brings. Shamanic healing is rooted in healing mental ailments as a 'disconnection from spirit' - my work is rooted in reigniting this relationship. Not from religious dogma, but from whatever feels true for the client. ​
