I’m Rachael McCall, with a career spanning 30 years I have trained and coached thousands of professionals, worked at board level and as a business owner. I have experienced many of the pressures you will feel, the ‘highs and lows’ of entrepreneurship, being ‘the leader’ everyone looks to as having all the answers. The constant pressure to make the right decisions for stability and growth, whilst leading others to fulfill their potential and still trying to make time for family and self.

I also understand the importance of connecting with other female leaders, to grow, learn and support one another to break boundaries, be creative and unleash our inner strengths!

So, I designed the ‘Intrinsically You’ Retreat as a unique learning and self-development experience for Women Leaders. It is so much more than just a training course, coaching session or executive programme, instead it combines all the elements essential to enable transformational change so you can lead as 'you', from the inside out and truly thrive to achieve your full potential.

I will be your host and guide throughout this programme, working as a Facilitator and Executive Coach with you as a group and individually every step of the way and I am joined by other female leaders who will share their insights, stories and expertise with you.
