We've invested in a brand-new learner portal and customer management system to make your life easier when it comes to managing your account and booking your exams. There will be some maintenance that needs to take place whilst we launch the new system from midnight on 16 December until 9 January - please bear with us. Any booked exams will not be impacted whilst the system is down. You will temporarily not be able to reschedule exams or register for qualifications online during this period.
