Each session will be 90 minutes long
In our Mummy Morning it will be very easy going with an option to take part in gentle core exercises to slowly strengthen our core and pelvic floors which is vital after birth, but not only that, we work on the whole of our bodies. Our bodies go through so much from carrying our little ones but the process during and after impacts our precious bodies, so we need to look after them. Mind, body and soul :)
Pole fitness is also fantastic for self esteem, confidence and just providing a safe fun environment to spend time with other new mums with similar interests
Whether you want to watch and have a cup of tea or take part, you can have as many breaks you require or if your little one needs you. It’s a happy easygoing morning to de-stress and do something for yourself and baby that you can feel great about
Mummy mornings can help bring your confidence back as a women, kick start your journey to fitness post baby and above all give you something to look forward to to get you and your little one out the house, as we all know a new little one can sometimes leave you feeling quite isolated at home
A no judgement space where you can be a mum AND do something you love while getting yourself a fun workout
This class is suitable for anyone including those without little ones and wanting to make friends with other women
If you would like to participate in pole fitness you will need to be 6 weeks post natal and onwards (10 weeks C-Section)
You are very welcome to bring your baby along to the class, we have a safe area of the studio that they can stay whilst you exercise, just bring their car seat and your baby bag! Babies accepted until walking.
