About Pilates by Rachel
Whether you are a sedentary office worker with niggling back pain, an athlete looking to improve your performance, or simply someone who would like to feel more comfortable physically; I would love to introduce you to the benefits of Pilates. My group classes are small, friendly and cater for a variety of ages and fitness levels. If you are managing illness or injury, I can support you through rehabilitative private sessions. For those of you already on your Pilates journey, I can develop your practice therapeutically or with plenty of challenge if desired!
