Our classes are based around energy system development for a measured approach. these sessions usually last 60 mins or less and will involve a wide range of movements to suit all abilities. The focus will be on overall fitness and building a strong conditioning foundation for the everyday athlete. These are a great way for the SGPT members to improve there fitness but also work well for the clients who would like to focus more on metabolic are cardiovascular conditioning
