Training Skills Level 3 (Agored Cymru)

Description

This course is suitable for anyone looking to become an accredited tutor or trainer. You may be new to the teaching or training sector; thinking of a career in training and development, or already training / tutoring and would like to become accredited.

The course is delivered over 5 half day workshops which develop your knowledge and skills of training techniques. There is some home study, a tutoring session and a 20 minute micro-teach. The total duration of the course is approximately 8 weeks.

Through attending this course, you will be able to:

You will be set self study to complete after each session. This should not take more than 1-2 hours per week. We are on hand to answer any questions you may have throughout your course.

You will prepare a microteach session on a topic of your choice, you will have a mentoring session with your tutor to prepare you for this. You will deliver your session to 4 colleagues and will receive feedback from your peers and the course tutor.
