This course is for people who would be responsible for the leading the IQA process within an organisation. This includes managing or coordinating the work of a team of quality assurers. This course will help Lead IQA's to plan, allocate and monitor work in own area of responsibility, and make any necessary changes to original work plans.
In order to complete this Leading IQA qualification, you must already be a qualified Assessor and have achieved the Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment qualifications.
The knowledge and skills development aspect of this course is delivered over a one day workshop. You will then receive mentoring visits from our Learning Advisor to support in achieving the practical outcomes.

Produce a work plan for your area of responsibility
Allocate and agree responsibilities with team members.
Monitor the progress and quality of work in own area of responsibility and provide feedback.
Review and amend plans of work for own area of responsibility and communicate changes
