This accredited one-day workshop gives assessors practical tools to guide learners effectively, boost confidence, and support achievement.

The course will explore:

The functions of Coaching for Learning

The difference between coaching and mentoring

How to use the GROW model to coach learners

How to use coaching techniques, including active listening and questioning

How to engage people in coaching conversations to define and achieve realistic learning development goals

It will also provide a safe space to put coaching techniques into practice.

This course requires a minimum of 5 participants to run.

In person in preferrable, online is an option.
