The Surrey Training Hub (formerly Surrey CEPN) is a local partnership supporting the development and transformation of the primary and community care workforce through education and training across the Surrey Heartlands footprint. Our aim is to help attract, recruit and retain staff to ensure that our workforce is fit for the future and so that our patients will benefit from high quality care and services. Whether you’re already working in Surrey and you’re looking for local training and education opportunities or if you’re thinking about joining our local workforce, then we hope our pages will help you to find out more about what a great place this is to work.The OxLEP team will: Signpost businesses to local and national business support services, schemes and events Host events and workshops on a variety of topics Run European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) business support programmes for SMEs FREE business support programmes for SMEs and enterprises: Innovation Support for Business (ISfB), which helps SMEs to bring new, innovative ideas to market eScalate, helping scale-ups or SMEs with scale-up potential, and social enterprise SMEs Each programme offers support via 1:1 coaching and mentoring, workshops and events and grant funding opportunities.
