OSC takes Resources/Trainers from the UK to train the Business workforce in African Countries in programmes that address poverty alleviation such as: Entrepreneurship/Business Start-ups,Customer Services, International Business, Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Management, Banking and Finance.These programmes are designed towards helping people to become more employable. OSC work tirelessly to improve the Education Sector in Africa by continually reviewing and facilitating with Partner Universities and International Institutions to provide individually designed programmes Teachers Training Courses and Early Childhood and Primary Years Education
