In the last six months, more than 25 corporate academies and education units have chosen this program to prepare their internal trainers for the digital world. Sometimes we held DIA – Digital Content Workshops with existing internal trainers, and sometimes our new internal trainer candidates applied with their own videos, evaluated them and took them to development camps. The program includes new thinking, current approaches and knowledge (MINDSET), new roles for trainers (SKILLSET) and the most preferred interaction tools and practices (TOOLSET). “Although internal trainers eagerly want to move on to learning the tools immediately, they first redesign the training with the mindset and knowledge and develop new skills. Then they determine the right tools and applications according to the needs.” At the end of this 7-session program, each internal trainer applied the synchronous / online training they prepared in real time and received feedback. Those who preferred asynchronous training delivered their outputs to the training units as SCORM at the end of the program.
