I embarked upon a career in Nutritional Therapy after discovering the benefits of nutrition in supporting my own personal health issues including Graves’s Disease, Hyperthyroidism and Generalised Anxiety Disorder. After working and playing very hard in London and burning the candle badly at both ends, it should have really come as no surprise when I started experiencing some very unpleasant symptoms. I felt so out of control and at a loss of what to do. I turned to nutrition and various alternative therapies and was astounded at the results. Fast forward a year and I’d left my marketing career and began studying for a Masters in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Worcester. I am now a registered Nutritional Therapist and feel very humbled to be able to support individuals in improving their health and wellbeing. I have a very back to basics approach and like to make sure that you actually understand what’s going on and why we’re doing what we’re doing. I am know for my maintaining calm (in most) situations and transfer this into my client work. My aim is to leave you feeling confident in your ability to create long lasting changes and importantly more knowledgable in taking control of your health.
