Confidentiality

To create and maintain safety and privacy within the therapeutic relationship, confidentiality is essential. To fulfil our professional commitment, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate our work with our clients. This may involve regular supervision with another additionally qualified professional, where our work with your child may be discussed. Their identity will not be disclosed. With the exception of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. We do not disclose any details of our work to any outside agencies.

Services Provided

We provide a coaching and mentoring service. This service does not provide therapy or psychological help, including diagnostic services. If you or your child requires medical assistance or is suffering from mental health issues, you should speak to your doctor or therapist. Our services work well in conjunction with counselling and therapy and can be used in conjunction with your existing medical service.

Cancellations and Refunds for Online Courses

Cancellations received within 7 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received after the 7-day cancellation period and earlier than 14 days before the start date of the course will receive a refund of any fees paid minus 15% Deposit.
Cancellations received after the 7-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

To cancel a course booking you must inform us by emailing naomiandheidi@nurturingneurodiversity.org

You must clearly state your intention to cancel the booking. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

NurturingNeurodiversity reserve the right to cancel any live sessions, including but not limited to, webinars, coaching and online courses. In the case that we cancel services already paid for, a full refund or an exchange for pre-recorded content will be offered.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to NurturingNeurodiversity and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by NurturingNeurodiversity at any time.
