My Journey is a not for profit CIC founded by health and social care professionals who have seen an increasing need for specialised and understanding transport services. My Journey understands that people need a person centred service – one that gives you time and treats people with the care and support they need to ensure you get exactly what you need from a community transport organisation. In recent months we have seen communities come together, support each other and show kindness and connection in a way that was unprecedented. This inspired us to develop a service that supports the connection of individuals, community groups and essential services safely and professionally. My Journey is about you and where you want to go. We want you to use our service and feel supported, valued and considered. Most of all we want it to become your organisation that you have a say in the development of. Our staff team have a wealth of experience in social care and community transport and look forward to helping you with your travel requirements.
