Light Therapy - Private Session

Description

The main purpose behind these sessions is to offer you the understanding, empowerment and tools that can help you shape your reality and create your own story, in accordance with your authentic Self.

While I will always aim to support and guide you towards your highest good, I am profoundly respectful of everyone's free will and I will therefore never try to impose anything on you or convince you of anything.

It is important to recognise that you always have a choice and I fully encourage you to follow your heart and intuition, rather than blindly taking my advice (or anyone else's, for that matter). At the same time, I would like to assure you that all the discussions and information exchanged during the sessions are personal and confidential.

Regarding the structure of the sessions, I prefer to keep it flexible and to adapt it to each client's needs, however they will mainly be a mix of spiritual guidance and guided healing journeys.

Throughout the session I will be tuning into your energy field and I will be using my psychic abilities to receive guidance as to assist you in the best possible way.

These sessions have an strong underlying energy healing aspect as to enhance and support the process.

Varying from case to case, I will be using different methods and tools, such as music, drawing, cards, crystals, Light Language, channeling etc, as guided.
