Social media We use a third-party provider via Hootsuite to schedule daily updates to LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter we currently do not use Hootsuite to engage with our followers. People who email us We monitor all emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law. Data retention To comply with information retention best practice, MLP Training establish standard retention periods for different categories of information, keeping in mind any professional rules or regulatory requirements that apply and ensuring that those retention periods are being applied in practice. Any personal information that is no longer required will either be archived or deleted in a secure manner.
